Service Level Objective (SLO)
A Service Level Objective is a collection of one or more Requirements for an SLI.
Example Response Time SLO:
- 99% of requests will be completed in 1000ms.
- 90% of requests will be completed in 500ms.
- 50% of requests will be completed in 50ms.
Example Survival Rate SLO:
- 99.99% of requests will be handled successfully.
